Mr Rafoth is filling vacancies at the first company-level and in middle management, as well as key specialist positions. He undertakes recruitment and selection using the direct approach and in combination with an Advertisement-Based Search. The basis for this is always an accurate market and company analysis. Mr Rafoth assists the applicants/candidates from the first contact to recruitment and introduces them to the customer. Mr Rafoth also uses his solid experience in aptitude testing in the context of management audits.

After working for almost 10 years at a leading insurance company, in 1999 Mr Rafoth got his start as a researcher at Baumgartner & Partner Personalberatung GmbH, one of the top five recruitment agencies in Germany at that time. Other significant positions were his work as a research consultant at Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH in Hamburg and later as a consultant at Kienbaum Berlin GmbH. After a time abroad as Sales Director of JTS Global Resources in Singapore, Mr Rafoth was a senior consultant for three years with the Königsteiner Agency, which will remain an integral partner in the future.

Olaf Rafoth has a degree in business administration and combines the practical approach of direct search with a sound scientific background from organisational and personnel psychology. Thus, the combination of a systematic and fast search is guaranteed with unerring evaluation of applicants/candidates. In over 15 years of headhunting, Mr Rafoth has developed marked expertise in two different business sectors: in financial services and in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, especially in automation and electrical engineering.
